How to Install k3d software package in Debian 8 (Jessie)

k3d software package provides 3D modeling and animation system, binary files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install k3d 

k3d is installed in your system.

Make ensure the k3d package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep k3d *

You will get with k3d package name, version, architecture and description in a table
